Napoli Tree - Lungomare Hotel - Naples

Absolutely charming decor, i must admit. The shower sink took forever to drain, and i was quite shocked to find myself in a room with thin walls, where i could hear every little luod noise. I had hoped for a complimentary upgrade as compensation for these issues, but alas, i was treated like everyone else. Just couldn't bring myself to give a good rating.

Appreciated it and would return anytime.

Everything was great, stunning location close to the Congress Centre of University Federico II, best pizzeria and Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast, terrific experience. Had a huge variety of options for breakfast, it was great.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to both the amazing promenade and Castel dell’Ovo. We really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of our room, and the breakfast was a real standout featuring fresh homemade cakes. The staff, particularly Isabelle and Salvatore, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The only downside was the lift requiring coins, which felt a bit inconvenient at times.

The rooms were all spotless and wonderfully decorated with comfortable bed. A mini bar, a sofa bed and central heating were a very nice touch.

Napoli Tree, Lungomare offers a good experience, blending beautiful decor with a central waterfront location. The breakfast was extensive, with homemade delicacies.

The location is perfect with safe streets, and our kids loved the huge door outside! Everything was super clean, and it was like home.

Our family loved the fabulous breakfast with fresh cakes and drinks on hand. The room was spacious enough for our babies, and the vintage decor added charm. We enjoyed exploring the local area, especially the Bourbon Tunnel, a hit with the kids.

My wife says that the bathroom fittings need tightening.
