Absolutely perfect and nice location for visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel. I stayed in a brand-new room with a mini bar, a sofa bed, and central heating. I was there before and would like to go back there again.

The staff are fabulous and fantastic as well as the host. The rooms are beautiful and attractive, equipped with a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities and television.

The venue is overall clean, with good location just off nature as well as the historic center. A comfort quadruple room has basic facilities you need. I enjoyed superbly friendly personnel that ensures guests have a really nice stay.

The room at Napoli Tree - Lungomare was lovely and clean, perfect for our stay. The location was great, just next to the seafront and within walking distance of all the attractions. The breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade cakes. The staff were incredibly helpful and offered great advice for exploring Naples. I highly recommend this hotel.

It had absolutely perfect location with access to Borgo Marinari nearby. Also was minutes from restaurants and bars.

Lovely and clean room, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great, with homemade cakes and a good variety of options. The location was fantastic, close to the seafront and within walking distance of major attractions.

The noise from the street and nearby dogs could be bothersome at night. It may be advisable to bring earplugs for a better sleep experience.

The location of this B&B is perfect for exploring the city. It is in a neighborhood by the sea, with easy access to the Metro underground for various excursions in Naples. There is also a bus stop right next to the hotel, making it convenient for getting around. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast served is delicious and the service is excellent.

Some guests have mentioned that the rooms can be a bit noisy at times, mainly due to noise from inside the building rather than from the street.

Everything was great, stunning location close to the Congress Centre of University Federico II, best pizzeria and Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast, terrific experience. Had a huge variety of options for breakfast, it was great.
